Fondant– Forget what you think you know about fondant...here at Nadia Cakes, we only use Satin Ice fondant, one of the highest quality, best tasting  fondants available! It has a mellow marshmallow flavor and is also Kosher! We also offer chocolate fondant as well!! See what we mean and ask for it at your cake tasting!

Frostings

Traditional Tres Leches: A very light and sweet cake infused with 3 types of milk and frosted and torted with homemade fresh whipcream. Garnished with fresh fruit. Also available with a splash of liquor to give it an added accent.

 

Chocolate Caramel Tres Leches: A rich chocolate cake with pudding in the mix, infused with sweet milk and caramel, frosted and torted with a fresh, homemade whipcream and sprinkled with crushed toffee. This is a very heavy, rich, “wet cake” that you will never forget!!

 

Strawberry Tres Leches: Unbelievably fresh! A light strawberry cake with pudding in the mix, infused with 3 types of sweet milk and frosted and torted with fresh whipcream and strawberries.
