This cake was purchased at an out of the area bakery (which will go unnamed!) and fell during transit! It was 3 tiers originally but the top tier fell and took parts of the bottom levels with it. I was asked to try and salvage what was left. I worked until 2:00 am and was able to completely reconstruct it. I think I like mine better…

 

P.S. This client called me a few weeks before her party and asked me to do the cake but I was already booked. Call early!!
